Our Story
In 2001, Juli A. Bilbia founded RSA Medical Billing & Consulting Group. Soon joined by Sherie Dickey and the foundation for today had begun. Juli and Sherie each have years of solid experience in both hospital and private practice settings. Our mission was to support private practice physicians in becoming successful entrepreneurs and profitable practitioners. This was without compromising their ability to provide exceptional patient care.

Many things have changed over the years. Juli got married and is now JuliAnn Quinn. The business was incorporated and is now RSABill, Inc. The field of medicine has changed as well. Physicians have become better business people in response to the more challenging environment to sustain private practice. Juli and Sherie remain dedicated to private practice.
